Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing trimhill.online and purchasing any course or membership from Trimhill Atelier, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. All registration information must be accurate and kept up to date.

3. Course Access

Each purchase grants a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access course materials for your own educational purposes only. Sharing login details, reselling content, or posting course materials in public forums without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited.

4. Payments & Refunds

All prices are listed in USD. Self-paced courses are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided less than 20% of the curriculum has been completed. Live cohorts may be refunded up to 72 hours before the first scheduled session. Applicable taxes will be added based on your billing location.

5. Acceptable Use

  • Maintain respectful and professional conduct in all live sessions, forums, and communications.
  • Do not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or infringe upon our platform or intellectual property.
  • Do not use our communication channels for spam, solicitation, or harassment.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, branding elements, lesson designs, templates, and website materials remain the exclusive property of Trimhill Atelier or its licensors. They are protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimers

Our educational content is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding specific commercial outcomes, publisher interest, or design success. Meaningful progress in board game design requires consistent practice and thoughtful iteration.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trimhill Atelier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate access to any account or service for violations of these Terms or inappropriate conduct. All licenses granted shall immediately cease upon termination.
